Given the recent developments in the world and our country, we want to inform you of our operational plans at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.  We are taking immediate actions in order to keep our customers and employees safe in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will continue to operate under slightly modified business hours for sales and service, in order to serve our customers. With that said, we are taking necessary precautionary measures that will keep our customers and employees safe, as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the State of North Carolina. Our staff is following recommended distancing protocols, as well as utilizing masks when a six foot distance is not possible. As an organization, we have switched over to medical grade cleaning and sanitizing products for our entire organization. Our cleaning staff each night will be utilizing the medical grade cleaning solution to sanitize all surfaces, door handles, computers and telephones. Additionally, we have extra cleaning solution that each department will have on hand to wipe down the surfaces throughout the day.  After all test drives, will be wiping down the steering wheels, gear shifts and other surfaces in the vehicles. 

You Have the Option to Complete the Majority of Your Deal Online:

With advancements in technology, we are able to offer our customers a way to complete most of your vehicle deal online from the comfort of your home. Because of NC laws, you do still have to sign your paperwork in person but we will have you in and out in under an hour.

Service - We Have Alternative Transportation:

For our Service customers who may not feel comfortable waiting for their vehicle to be repaired, we do offer several alternative transportation services.  Our FREE shuttle is available and wiped down after each transportation. If the shuttle is occupied, we have loaner vehicles available.

Our Commitment to You:

While there is still a question of when this pandemic will subside, one thing for certain is that our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety is still our number one priority. We will be sure to update you if we experience any changes as an organization that will affect your car buying experience as we receive any new information. We believe that we are in this together, and in that same spirit, we will get through this together.
