Service Advisor, Full-Time

We are seeking Service Advisors with minimum of 2 years' experience. If you are self-motivated and ready to earn a higher income for your family, the time is now to make a change. We are growing and moving into a new State-of-the-Art facility in 2023.  Your earning potential ranges from $3500 - over $10,000 monthly, along with great benefits.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate will provide professional customer service to our customers by satisfying their request for repairs and warranty work in the service department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Applicant must have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties:

  • Meet and greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information using our WiAdvisor tool.
  • Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
  • Test drive the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refers to test technician. Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend additional needed service.
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
  • Establish "promised time" in effort to meet customer expectations Obtain customer's signature on repair order; provide customer with a copy.
  • Establish customer's method of payment.
  • Check on progress of repair throughout the day.
  • Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and obtain proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
  • Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed and authorization is noted. Close repair order as appropriate.
  • Ensure that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Make sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly.
  • Explain completed work and all charges to customers. Implement a quality control process to eliminate comebacks. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Handle telephone inquiries for quote requests.
  • Maintain a professional appearance. Keep work area clean.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Lake Norman Commercial Center is seeking a Commercial Fleet Service Advisor with truck experience. This person must be able to work in a fast paced environment and motivated to earn a high income. Our new 100,000 sq. ft. facility is state-of-the-art and is able to lift heavy duty trucks of all sizes / weights. Our Service center is part of Lake Norman CDJR, while also expanding services to all commercial makes and models.

Summary:

The Director of Warranty Administration is responsible for overseeing the warranty process at our two Stellantis dealerships, commercial service center and Carolina Custom location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Process warranty claims in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines.
  • Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.
  • Post credits received for payment of warranty claims
  • Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims.
  • Perform duties as cashier backup.
  • File warranty documentation and maintains records as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a warranty administrator in an automotive dealership - Stellantis experience plus
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Professional appearance and strong communications skills

Seeking a full-time Aftermarket and MOPAR Accessory Sales Associate to aid customers through their automotive accessories purchasing experience. This team member will help direct consumers to the best aftermarket and/or MOPAR parts and accessories for their vehicle to create their dream build.

Job Duties:
  • Take incoming calls from customers regarding wheels/tires, lifts, lights, side steps, custom paint, bed liners and other customization options
  • Use sales skills and excitement to drive sales and build rapport with customers that leads to building a customer base and future business
  • Use sales in one accessory category to make other recommendations and sales for corresponding mods
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow-up on sales leads (quotes) and close sales

  • Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service to all customer inquiries

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Parts Delivery Driver. This position requires people skills, must be self-motivated and posses excellent organizational skills.


Job Duties:

  • Pick up and deliver parts and accessories to customers, partner stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
  • Check with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, etc. to coordinate any last-minute pickups or deliveries

The position of a Receptionist is to ensure the success of the dealership by promoting a positive attitude and a productive work environment.

Job Duties:

  • Be the first face to greet the incoming customers and answer all incoming calls for the dealership.
