Dear Mr. Salzman,
Just a short letter of commendation regarding our recent visit to your dealership.
While traveling over the weekend of Oct. 25th to Florida towing a 5th Wheel RV, we experienced some difficulty with our 2006 Dodge Diesel Ram. It was quite frustrating having problems over a weekend. We arrived at your dealership on Monday, Oct. 27th, and were greeted by Dennis Carson of your service department. When we explained our problem, he immediately sent out Matt Brooks, your diesel mechanic, to assess the problem. After hooking up our truck to the computer and taking a test drive, Matt diagnosed the problem as the ?lift pump?/fuel pump. Your service director Robin Robinette, assisted us in parking our RV in the rear of your lot and provided us with a vehicle to help charge the batteries in our 5th Wheel.
These individuals I interacted with are to be commended. During our 2-day stay at your dealership, we were treated in a very professional and courteous manner. You can be proud of the men you have on your staff.

I was traveling from Hilton Head to Virginia on business last week when my Sprinter Van broke down. I stopped at your facility and your entire staff could not have been more helpful. Phil asked me some questions and got your Sprinter mechanic Matt Brooks with me to discuss the problem. Your team understood my time dilemma and got me in right away. They fixed the problem and got me back on the road within 90 minutes. My family has been in the car business my entire life and I am use to get white glove service but your staff went above and beyond and should be commended on a job well done! Just wanted to Thank You for the great experience I have had dealing with Chris and the folks of Lake Norman. Purchasing a truck over the Internet is always done with a certain amount of caution. In my case dealing with the people at Lake Norman and particularly Chris from over 2200 miles away was very easy. Lake Norman took care of everything to the fullest with the purchase of my 1996 Dodge one ton, 4x4, with low miles. It was truly a pleasure.
