Ive had a great experience with this dealership in the past which is why I came back to them. This time, not so much. I contacted the dealership to try to run some numbers on a vehicle I was interested in. Since I have a trade w/ negative equity, which I bought from there a year ago, I wanted to make sure the numbers would work out. These employees will only waste your time and lie to you. The used car director has nothing but lies spewing forth and his minion servants are just as low.

Was interested in purchasing a scat pack wide body and expressed my interest on 3/28/25 and also ran credit online on the same date. Was told on Saturday by the dealership that someone was looking at it and my presence is leverage. Not a great way to business we already put ourselves out there and ran credit. But I was also told itās not about who does credit first itās about who signs first. Just not a good way to handle interested customers. Some of us have things to do on Saturday's. We had a great experience purchasing our car at Lake Norman Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and not at all pushy/sales-y. We specifically worked with Maggie, who was absolutely wonderful - we couldn't recommend her enough! After test driving a handful of cars over a few visits, we came in on a Saturday with our daughter, and multiple people came by to ensure our daughter remained entertained with toys during our car buying process - it's the little things!

I have had nothing but issues with this service center. I have had to bring it back 8 times for the same issues repeating; they illuded that they don't believe any issues occur when they can't replicate them even when I had pictures and videos. They spoke down to me and would not listen to me.
