Great experience at Lake Norman Chrysler! I've had the pleasure of knowing Maggie since I was a kid when my parents purchased vehicles from her. Now I get to bring my kids to the dealership! Maggie is always attentive and kind. She really listened to our needs and did her very best to fulfill all of our requests.
Overall an excellent experience. Sales person was attentive and helpful, whiteout being pushy. We negotiated over several days, and Danish kept us informed throughout. In the end a good deal. Only issue at all was some paperwork was accidentally omitted and though it took a few days to get corrected everything worked out great. Definitely give this group a try.

I had my Jeep towed to Lake Norman CDJR while traveling due to a mechanical issue. As anyone who’s dealt with unexpected vehicle repairs knows, it’s rarely a good day—but they completely turned that experience around.
After inspecting the vehicle, they determined the problem was related to a previous repair done at another dealership.

BUYER BEWARE! The cost of the used car i was interested in was listed online was not the same when i arrived. It was initially listed at $44,000 and reduced to $40,000 ($2,000 trade credit and an additional $2,000 finance cash, aka, YOUR MONEY) I didn't have a trade as my previous vehicle had been totaled and when I called i was told it was $2k off, not cash down! First. We dealt with TJ. He was very helpful and professional.
We had some technical questions about our extended warranty we purchased and Rishawn also got involved.
Both TJ and Rishawn helped us with all of our questions.

I purchased a BRAND NEW Doge ram in June from this dealership. I should have ran when I couldn't drive my vehicle off the lot because the check engine light was on but I was excited for my new truck. I would like to say that this dealership will say just about anything to get you into the dealership. In the last 2 days I have spent over $100 in gas and 6 hours of driving just to have someone come to me and tell me it was already sold. I don't think I will ever go back to them. I will also tell anyone that asks about them what they did.

We had a great experience purchasing our car at Lake Norman Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and not at all pushy/sales-y. We specifically worked with Maggie, who was absolutely wonderful - we couldn't recommend her enough! After test driving a handful of cars over a few visits, we came in on a Saturday with our daughter, and multiple people came by to ensure our daughter remained entertained with toys during our car buying process - it's the little things!

I have had nothing but issues with this service center. I have had to bring it back 8 times for the same issues repeating; they illuded that they don't believe any issues occur when they can't replicate them even when I had pictures and videos. They spoke down to me and would not listen to me. Finally they changed their tone for a second when they spoke to my boyfriend, but the second they spoke to me again they were back to talking down to me.
